What Reality Is Made Of
Foundational Beliefs promised to take a man apart down to the raw material. This is that scale — the smallest parts, the pieces that exist before any belief system, any character, or any life is built from them.
Start with reality itself. It is not a blur. It is structured by absolutes and opposites — good and evil, light and dark, order and chaos, masculine and feminine — real contrasts a man has to reckon with rather than dissolve into comfort or ambiguity. A man is built to perceive that reality and to operate inside it, and he does it through six elements. They are not ranked and they do not stack — they are peers, six distinct substances of the inner man. And beneath all six runs the source they trace back to: God — the Creator from whom all order, meaning, and base reality emerge.
These six are the building blocks of the inner man. See each one clearly and honestly, and you can begin to understand what you are actually made of. Leave them unexamined and a man is constructing on parts he never inspected.
Awareness
Every transformation begins with seeing. Awareness is the moment reality becomes visible — when you perceive truth, self, and consequence without distortion or denial. And once you truly see a thing, you own it. You cannot claim ignorance again.
Belief
What you accept as true becomes what you live by. Belief is the internal agreement that shapes your decisions long before any action is taken — quietly governing what you pursue, who you trust, and what you will and will not cross.
Confidence
Confidence is belief made steady. It is the quiet certainty that lets you move forward without permission, doubt, or hesitation — belief that has been tested under pressure and held.
Desire
Desire gives direction to belief. It is the internal pull toward meaning, growth, and fulfillment that fuels motion and purpose — the force that decides where a man's energy actually goes.
Expression
What is held inside must eventually take form. Expression is the outward manifestation of belief — your words, actions, and creations made visible to the world, the proof of what a man truly carries within him.
Faith
Faith is trust beyond sight. It is the willingness to act in alignment with truth even when the outcome is unseen, uncertain, or delayed — and at its summit, the release of control to a good Father.
How the Elements Combine
These six are figurative elements — used the way a chemist uses the word. None of them is the foundation the others rest on. Each is a distinct raw substance of the inner man, and none of them stays separate for long.
They aggregate. Awareness, Belief, Confidence, Desire, Expression, and Faith mix together inside a man the way elements combine into a compound — and the blend they form is what the next section calls his Composition: the actual material a man is made of, not the ideal he intends to be. The same six elements, in different proportions and different states of health, produce entirely different men.
This is why each element is examined on its own here, in both its true form and its counterfeit. Belief that imprisons instead of anchors. Confidence built on ego instead of truth. Desire that owns a man instead of directing him. Expression that performs instead of reveals. Faith placed in the wrong object. A weak or false element does not stay quarantined — it bleeds into the mixture and shows up in everything the man is made of. The work of this section is to see each element clearly and tell the real from the fake, because the counterfeit holds under fair weather and gives out under load.
This is why SPIRIT comes first in the project7 sequence. Nothing real — not money, not strength, not love, not legacy — stands on material that was never honestly examined.
Each of the six is named above, and each opens into its own depth — its true form and its counterfeit, examined on its own terms. Go as far into any of them as you want; they will be here when you come back, and you do not have to walk all six before the path moves on. If you do go down, Awareness is the natural first step — it is the element that makes honest examination of all the others possible.
But the next question is not what the elements are. It is what they become once they mix. No man is a single element. He is the compound all six form together — in his own proportions, in his own states of health — and that compound, not the six parts laid out separately, is what he is actually made of. It is the first thing this program will teach him to read.
